BASKETBALL MANITOBA INSURANCE INFORMATION:
The majority of the Basketball Manitoba portion of the fee goes to the insurance premium we pay for all basketball teams in Manitoba to be covered for both accident and liability insurance coverage for all games and practices. The most common use of the insurance is prescribed athletic and physiotherapy costs (averaging $75 an hour at most places), prescribed medications, and ambulance costs ($300 per call).
